**All Lead-Off Events are stay and play. Any team traveling from more than 80-miles must book hotels through our hotel partner, Traveling Teams. Traveling teams will help you secure the best discounted rate for your team while providing superior service to ensure your stay is the best it can be.

Refund Policy
If the tournament is canceled at any time or shortened due to inclement weather or field conditions, Lead-Off Events will issue refunds as follows:
Teams wishing to withdraw from the tournament will only be refunded if we are able to fill their spot. After filling the spot, we will refund the full amount, minus $150 for administration fees.
If the tournament is canceled at any time or shortened due to inclement weather or field conditions, Lead-Off Events will issue refunds as follows:
- 0 Games: 100% refund
- 1 game completed: 50% refund
- 2 or more games completed: No refund
