RULE VARIANCES
3 Innings Per Week
Pitchers may pitch a maximum of 3 innings per week.
5 Run Rule
Because our teams play heavy schedules of league games and tournaments, protecting young pitching arms is a top priority. To prevent overstrain, keep the games moving, and maintain a competitive balance, we implement a 5-run limit per inning for all regular-season games.
- Limit: During regular-season league games, a team's at-bat will conclude immediately once they score five (5) runs in a single inning.
- The Final Inning: The last inning of the game is exempt from the 5-run limit (unlimited scoring). The home plate umpire will officially declare the "last inning" before it begins, using their discretion based on the remaining time limit.
- Playoff Exception: This rule applies to regular-season games only; there are no per-inning run limits during the playoffs.
1:45 Drop Dead
Due to lack of daylight, all games will have a 1 hour and 45 minutes drop dead time. If a game reaches the timelimit, the score will revert tp the end of the previous inning.
